Art. 1083.--The Judge, at the request of the interested parties, may order that the proceeds from the administration be paid as alimony to the heirs, legatees and the surviving husband or wife, to an amount equal to the net product of that part of the estate to which they may be entitled. The Judge shall fix the amounts and the periods of time within which the administrator shall make such payments. OF DISTRIBUTION TO PERSONS UNNAMED. Art. 1084.--If a testator has ordered the whole or part of his property distributed among his relatives of a certain degree or among poor people or other persons, under certain conditions, but without stating their names, the procedure provided for in this Title shall be followed for the purpose of establishing a legal right to said distribution. Art. 1085.--The same procedure shall be followed for the purpose of adjudicating upon the property of any foundation which is to be distributed among the relatives designated by the founder or by law, and also for other similar cases where the Courts are called upon to adjudicate upon questions of right. Art. 1086.--Any or all persons who consider themselves as having any right to the property, as well as the State's Attorney, representing the State, may institute universal actions, provided the testator has not disposed otherwise. Art. 1087.-'rhe complaint shall be drawn according to the provisions of An. 507 and shall be accompanied by the will or foundation and by all other documents upon which the action and the rights of the plaintiff to the property may be based. A copy of the complaint on unstamped paper shall accompany the original. Art. 1088.--If it appear from said documents that the action is based upon any of the cases referred to in Arts....
